Badgers surveys, mitigation and licensing
Badgers are one of the most common and widespread mammal species within the UK. They occur within a range of habitats in both rural and urban settings and are often encountered on or adjacent potential development sites.
Our team of experienced ecologists are able to undertake all elements of badger survey, mitigation design and licensing. We currently hold the Natural England CL35, the Badger Class Licence permits us to undertake sett closure and destruction of setts between 1 July and 30 November inclusive, allowing us to apply for and start works on problem setts as quickly as 5 working days.
